The nearest villages are Stapleford, Little Shelford and Sawston where  you can find grocery shops like is Spar, Tesco Express, Co-op or shops like Pharmacy, Greengrocer, Butcher, Bakery, Clothing and many other services, restaurants, pubs or medical practices.

The nearest withdraw machine is in Sawston (Post Office, Co-op).

You should visit the University city of Cambridge which is just 5 miles from our place. There you have many options what to do. Except of plenty possibilities of shopping you can enjoy a pleasant walk through the city, visit Cambridge markets, museums, galleries, theatres, cinemas, universities, collages. Very relaxing is punting on the river Cam or just chill in a green public parks and in the nature surrounding Cambridge.

Fantastic to visit is Duxford Airfield just 6 miles from here, where you can enter to Imperial War Museum.

Stansted Airport Train Station to Shelford (Cambs) Train Station is the best way to get here.

Local bus to Cambridge

Bus n. 7 from Stapleford (bus stop opposite The Rose pub) to Cambridge Hospital, Cambridge City Centre and Main Train Station. Around 30 min. drive.

There is a cycle path to Cambridge so you can use your bike and enjoy your ride with beautiful landscape view. You can be there in 30 minutes.
